About this event
We will ride to Mexquite Restaurant. Meet at fish hatchery 9:15, leave 9:30. Ride the south side to Johnny Cash trail, turn right on Oak Park from Johnny Cash trail. This restaurant is in the same complex as Posh Bagel. I looked at the menu and they have a typical American breakfast choice, so no Mexican food for breakfast unless that is what you want. They have a long table inside or lots of space outside on a covered patio. Bud and I changed this because we were at BBru last Friday and this was a place we have never been on our rides, at least as long as we have been club members. The manager was very nice and made reservations for us. Let’s try it and see if folks like it.
