49er Ski Club COVID-19 Policy

The 49er Ski Club highly recommends that all attendees at club events are vaccinated and boosted in accordance with CDC and California Department of Public Health recommendations. Please DO NOT participate in a club event IF:

  1.  you have been exposed to COVID-19 and are in a quarantine period, or
  2. you are experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms such as fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, recent loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nasal congestion, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

About this event

We're off to Beeks Bight in hopes of finding some wildflowers. Start at SRB at 9:00, FH at 9:15. We will go up the north side of ARBT to Beals, right on Auburn Folsom, right on Fuller to Bill's Donuts. Go through the parking lots to Douglas. Right on Auburn Folsom and and continue to Hidden Valley. Ride through Hidden Valley to Twin Rocks and dirt path to Granite Bay. Left on the GB road to Beeks Bight. We'll return to Twin Rocks, left on Auburn Folsom. Right on Joe Rodgers, backstreets to Rockhurst Way. Left on Barton. Continue to Seven Cedars and usual route to Beals. ARBT to Oak Avenue. We will return on American River Canyon, Orangevale, Main, and ARBT to FH and SRB.

Sltart: SRB 9:00, FH 9:15
Length: +/- 35 miles
Climbing: about 1500 ft.
