Events - Event View

This is an easy 2.7 mile round trip walk along the south side of the American River starting near Watt Ave and turning back at Gristmill Recreation area. Tennies work. And the trail is dog friendly- no bikes.

Meet at the end of Rogue River Drive at 9:00 AM. Arrive early for parking along the street and walking to the meetup place. Let me know if you might be coming.

If you Google Map the destination, go to 2242 Rogue River Road. It’s the last house before the dead end at a park.

We should be back to our cars around 10:30 am.

Directions to the start:

From Watt Ave. and Hwy 50, take La Riviera Drive going east (toward the mountains). Turn left (north) onto Rogue River Drive (two stop signs from Watt Ave.) and go to the end. Park along the street on Rogue River Dr.
