As much as I hate to do this, I'm rescheduling our launch time and place: 9:30 at Black Miners' Bar (Negro Bar). The weather forecast indicates a 42% chance of scattered thundershowers from Nevada City to Truckee. In an abundance of caution (our safety is always my first concern), we will NOT visit Lake Spaulding tomorrow.
